Do not let the package remain unopened for longer than a week. as the foam could lose its shape. When opening use a ball point pen or a pencil. NOT a box cutter. Start with a small incision and break the seal from there. Please contract us before returning an item. as a 50% restocking fee may occur for all returned items.
